1.About these terms
These terms apply when you ask Upzera 3D Labs for a quote or order any of our services: CAD design, plastic and metal 3D printing, prototyping, CNC machining, laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication and finishing. Upzera 3D Labs is based in New Friends Colony, New Delhi, and you can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 76785 35905.
The quote you accept describes exactly what we’ll deliver. If the quote and these terms ever disagree, the accepted quote wins for that order.
2.Enquiries and quotes
Sending us a message through the quote builder, WhatsApp or a phone call is an enquiry. It doesn’t place an order or commit you to pay anything.
We may ask questions before quoting. Our quote sets out the scope, quantity, material, finish, price, any taxes and delivery charges, the expected schedule and how long the quote is valid. Changes to the file, quantity, material or scope may need a revised quote.
3.Approving an order
An order starts when you accept the quote in writing (a WhatsApp message is fine) and pay any advance the quote asks for. Before production we confirm the design version, key dimensions, quantity, material and finish with you.
Tell us how the part will be used: what it must fit, the loads, heat, sunlight or water it will see, and anything else that matters. Prototypes are made for testing and evaluation. They aren’t certified for safety-critical, medical, food-contact or other regulated uses unless that is agreed and validated in writing as part of the order.
Some processes may be carried out with qualified manufacturing partners. Upzera 3D Labs remains responsible to you for the order as quoted.
4.Design work and revisions
When an order includes CAD work, the quote states what’s included: the modelling, the number of revision rounds and the files you’ll receive (for example STEP or STL). New requirements or changes outside the agreed brief may change the price and schedule, and we’ll discuss them with you before doing the extra work.
Ownership and permitted use of new design files are confirmed in the quote for each project.
5.Your files and intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to use the designs, logos and files you send us and to have them manufactured. We use your files only to quote and complete your order, as described in our privacy policy and any NDA we sign with you.
We may decline work that appears unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or is outside what we can make well. Showing your project in our portfolio needs your separate permission. Placing an order doesn’t imply it.
6.Price and payment
The accepted quote states the price in Indian rupees, the tax treatment, delivery charges and when payment is due. Where an advance is required, work starts once it’s received. Payment methods and invoicing details, including GST invoices, are confirmed with your quote.
7.Timing and delivery
The schedule depends on us receiving the agreed files, approvals and payment. A date you request in the quote builder is a target, and it becomes a commitment only once we confirm it. Production and dispatch times are separate from courier transit times.
We deliver across Delhi NCR and courier anywhere in India. Delivery method and charges are confirmed for each order. If a delay comes up, we’ll tell you promptly and agree the next step with you.
8.Changes and cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. What we can do depends on how far the work has gone and what costs have already been incurred, such as design time, material or machine time. We’ll explain any charge before confirming the change.
9.Quality and reporting a problem
We check parts against the agreed design, material, finish and dimensions. FDM prints show fine layer lines and may have small marks where supports were removed. If appearance matters, tell us before ordering so we can suggest sanding, painting or resin printing.
Machined, laser-cut, sheet metal and metal 3D printed parts are made to the tolerances and finish stated in the quote. If a dimension is critical, mark it on your drawing so we can confirm it before production.
If a part arrives wrong, damaged or with a manufacturing defect, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 76785 35905 as soon as you can, with photos of the part and the packaging. We’ll look into it and agree a fair fix with you, such as a reprint, repair or refund. A change you request to the approved design is handled as new work.
10.Your rights and applicable law
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first and we’ll do our best to put it right.
