Fusion 360 design, New Delhi

CAD Design & Prototyping Services in Delhi

You don’t need a CAD file to start. Bring a sketch, a photo, a few measurements or the broken part. We model it in Fusion 360, make a prototype, refine it with you, and then manufacture it, printed or in metal, without you having to find another supplier.

Start points

What can you start from?

Whatever you have is enough to begin. Each of these is a normal way for a project to arrive.

  • A sketch

Napkin, notebook or whiteboard. Add the key measurements and we'll model from it.

  • A photo

Shoot it from a few sides with a ruler or coin in the frame for scale.

  • Measurements

Calliper or tape numbers, plus what the part has to fit around.

  • A broken part

The snapped clip or cracked knob. We measure the original and rebuild what's missing.

  • An existing CAD file

A STEP, STL or Fusion file that needs changes, repair, or preparing for printing or machining.

Design help

How does our Fusion 360 design help work?

Our designers model in Fusion 360, with specialists for complex and organic shapes. You deal with one point of contact from the first sketch to the finished part.

Modelled for the process
Wall thickness, overhangs, tool access and bend radii considered from the start, whether it's printed, machined or bent.
Fits that work
Clearances for snap fits, screws and parts that slide together.
Measured from originals
Replacement parts rebuilt from the broken piece and its neighbours.
Files repaired
Downloaded or old files fixed so they print cleanly.

The prototype loop

How does a prototype get better each round?

Every version answers a question. When the answers are all yes, the part goes into production.

  1. 01Design

Our designers model the part in Fusion 360 from your sketch, file or measurements, with the process in mind from the start.

  2. 02Prototype

We print it in a material that suits the test: quick and economical for form, tougher plastic or metal for function.

  3. 03Test

You hold it, fit it, load it or show it to people, and tell us what works and what doesn't.

  4. 04Refine

We update the model from your notes and the next version is on its way fast.

  5. Then make it

Once the design is signed off, the same team takes it to production: batch printing, CNC machining, laser cutting or sheet metal, on one quote.

Deliverables

What do you get from a design project?

Three things we agree with you before any modelling starts.

  1. 01 Files

    Model files

STEP for editing in any CAD tool, plus STL or 3MF for printing. Final files you can keep, with formats confirmed in the quote.

    • .step
    • .stl
    • .3mf
  2. 02 Rounds

    Revisions

The number of review rounds is written into the quote, so you know what's included before modelling starts. Changes beyond the brief are quoted first.

    • Agreed up front
  3. 03 Part

    Prototype or production part

Process, material, finish and quantity agreed in advance, then made, cleaned up and checked before it reaches you.

    • Process
    • Material
    • Finish
    • Qty

Scope first, then modelling. What we’re modelling, the files you’ll get, the review rounds and any parts we make are all agreed in your quote before design work starts.

Checklist

What should you bring to the first chat?

None of this is required, but each item saves a round of questions and speeds up your quote. Send what you have on WhatsApp.

  • What it is and what it has to do
  • Rough overall size, even "fits in my palm" helps
  • Photos or sketches from more than one angle
  • Anything it must fit, attach to or clear
  • How many you need now, and maybe later
  • Your deadline, if there's an event or submission date
  • Material or colour preferences, if you have any

Questions

Design and prototyping questions

Questions about plastics and metals? See the materials guide.

Do I own the design files?

For custom design work you receive the final files to keep, usually STEP and STL. File formats and any usage terms are written into the quote before we start.

Can you work from a photo?

Yes, as a starting point. Photos don't show hidden faces or exact sizes, so we'll ask for a few measurements, more angles or the part itself when accuracy matters. A ruler or coin in the frame helps a lot.

How many revisions are included?

It depends on the job, and it's written into your quote before work begins. If you want changes beyond the agreed brief, we'll quote them first.

Is design work included in the printing price?

No. Modelling and file repair are quoted as their own line, so you can see what the design costs and what the part costs.

Can you take my prototype into production?

Yes. Once the design is signed off we can batch print it, CNC machine it, laser cut it or fabricate it in sheet metal, whichever suits the part and the quantity. One contact and one quote cover the whole job.

Which software do you use?

We model in Fusion 360, with experienced specialists for complex or organic shapes. We supply STEP and STL files; if you need another format, ask and we'll confirm whether we can provide it.

Can you fix a file that won't print?

Usually. We repair broken meshes, thicken walls that are too thin, add tolerances for parts that fit together and orient the model for a clean print.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Fast. Most enquiries get a clear, itemised quote the same day. Send the file or photos on WhatsApp for the quickest reply.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Ask before you share anything sensitive and we'll agree an NDA first. Your files are used only for your project.

Next step

Bring us the idea, we'll bring the model

Send a sketch, photo or broken part. We'll scope the design work, agree files and revisions, and send a quote, usually the same day.

  • A sketch, photo or the part itself
  • Key measurements, if you have them
