1.Who we are
Upzera 3D Labs provides plastic and metal 3D printing, CAD design, prototyping, CNC machining, laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication, and is based in New Friends Colony, New Delhi. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Upzera 3D Labs.
This policy explains what information we receive when you use this website or contact us about a project, why we need it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 76785 35905.
2.How the quote builder works
The quote form on this site runs entirely in your browser. When you press Send on WhatsApp, it opens WhatsApp with a message containing the answers you gave. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that message in WhatsApp, and you can edit or delete any part of it first.
The website does not upload files. You attach drawings, 3D files or photos yourself, inside the WhatsApp chat.
While you fill in the form, a draft is saved in your browser’s local storage so you don’t lose your answers if you close the page. That draft stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it with the “Start over” button in the form or by clearing your browser’s site data.
4.How we use your information
We use the information you share to:
- understand your request, check the design and prepare a quote;
- reply to you and ask follow-up questions;
- design, make, finish and deliver confirmed orders, and sort out any problem with them;
- keep the records we need for accounting and the law.
Contacting us for a quote does not sign you up for marketing. We won’t send unrelated promotional messages unless you ask us to.
5.Your files and confidentiality
Your files are used only for your project. Access is limited to the people working on your order, and each of them sees only what they need for their part of the job.
We’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive. Ask us before sending the files. Starting a chat or filling in the quote form does not by itself create an NDA.
We never publish your files, your parts or photos of your project, in our portfolio or anywhere else, without your permission.
6.WhatsApp and other services
WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta). Messages, files and your phone number shared through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s privacy policy and terms, which we don’t control. If you’d rather not use WhatsApp, call us on +91 76785 35905 and we’ll agree another way to share details.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
For confirmed orders we may use payment and courier services, which receive only the details they need, such as the delivery address for a shipment.
8.How long we keep information
We keep chats and files only for as long as we need them: to answer your enquiry, complete and support your order, make repeat orders easier if you ask us to, and keep the records the law requires. Enquiries that don’t go ahead are cleared out periodically.
You can ask us to delete your files at any time. If the law requires us to keep certain records, we’ll tell you which.
9.Your choices and requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw any permission you gave us. Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 76785 35905. We may need to confirm it’s you before acting on a request.
If you ask us to delete information we need for an ongoing project, we may not be able to finish that part of the work. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.
10.Children
Our services are meant for adults and organisations. If a project involves someone under 18, a parent, guardian or school should contact us on their behalf.
