Milled and turned

CNC Machining

For parts that need close fits, threads, flat sealing faces or the full strength of solid metal. We mill and turn from bar and plate, from a single prototype to a production batch.

What it’s good for

  • Shafts, spacers, bushes and pins
  • Motor, sensor and camera mounts
  • Jigs, fixtures and machine spares
  • Housings, manifolds and heat sinks
  • Printed prototypes that now need to be metal

Materials

  • Aluminium
  • Mild & stainless steel
  • Brass
  • Delrin (POM)
  • Nylon

What to send us

  1. 1STEP or IGES model
  2. 2PDF drawing with tolerances and threads marked
  3. 3Material and quantity
  4. 4Surface finish or coating, if any

Mark the dimensions that matter on your drawing. We confirm what we can hold in the quote, before any metal is cut.

Cut and engraved

Laser Cutting

Accurate flat parts cut straight from your DXF: control panels, enclosure faces, gaskets, signage and stencils. Cutting and engraving run in the same job, so labels and logos line up with the cut-outs.

What it’s good for

  • Control panels and enclosure faces
  • Nameplates, signage and stencils
  • Acrylic covers, displays and stands
  • Gaskets, shims and spacers
  • Flat blanks for bent sheet-metal parts

Materials

  • Acrylic
  • MDF & plywood
  • Mild steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminium

What to send us

  1. 1DXF or DWG at 1:1 scale, or a dimensioned PDF
  2. 2Material and thickness
  3. 3Which lines cut and which engrave (separate layers or colours)
  4. 4Quantity

No vector file? A dimensioned sketch is enough. We draw it up and send it back for approval.

Holes and windows are cut before the outline, so the panel stays put on the bed until its last cut. Engraving runs in the same job.

Cut, bent, welded, coated

Sheet Metal Fabrication

From flat pattern to finished part. We cut, bend, weld and powder coat brackets, covers, enclosures, chassis and mounts, and deliver them ready to bolt on.

What it’s good for

  • Electrical and electronics enclosures
  • Brackets, mounts and clamps
  • Machine guards and covers
  • Chassis, frames and trays
  • Small batches before you commit to press tooling

Materials

  • Mild steel (CRCA)
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminium
  • Galvanised steel

What to send us

  1. 1STEP model of the formed part, or a flat-pattern DXF
  2. 2Material and sheet thickness
  3. 3Bend directions, hardware and weld notes
  4. 4Powder-coat colour and quantity

Only have a sketch or photos of the old part? We model it in Fusion 360 and work out the flat pattern.

Shapes no cutter can reach

Need internal channels or a lattice? Print it in metal.

Laser powder-bed fusion (DMLS/SLM) builds dense metal parts layer by layer, so internal channels, lattices and organic shapes need no tooling. Critical faces can then be machined to size, so you get printed freedom and machined accuracy in one part.

Process guide

Which process is right for your part?

A quick guide to the four routes. Many projects use more than one: a machined housing with a laser-cut lid, or a printed prototype before a machined batch. If you're unsure, send the part and we'll recommend the route in your quote.

Why one team

Why order every part from one place?

Most products need more than one process. When the same team quotes the machined housing, the laser-cut panel and the powder-coated bracket, the parts are planned to fit together and arrive together, on one invoice.

We work fully online: share files and approvals on WhatsApp, and we dispatch and deliver to your door. Workshop visits aren't available.

  • Quick quotations

Send your file or idea and get a clear, itemised quote fast, usually the same day.

  • Highly economical rates

We find the most cost-effective process and material for every part, so you never overpay.

  • Experts for every process

Experienced specialists in 3D printing, CAD, CNC, laser and sheet metal, each focused on their craft.

  • Quality that shows

Every part is checked before dispatch. Cleaner finishes and better-fitting parts are what customers come back for.

  • Customer satisfaction first

We stay with you from the first message until the part works the way you need it to.

  • Fast turnaround

We start quickly and finish fast, with dispatch across Delhi NCR and the rest of India.

Drawing to dispatch

What happens after you send a drawing?

You approve the price and the drawing before anything is cut, and you hear from us at each step.

  1. 1.Drawing check

We read your model or drawing, flag anything that will cost extra or can't be made as drawn, and suggest a cheaper route where there is one.

  2. 2.Itemised quote

Process, material, finishing and delivery as separate lines, usually the same day. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. 3.Made to drawing

Parts are machined, cut, bent or welded, then deburred and finished. Multi-process parts move from one step to the next without you chasing anyone.

  4. 4.Checked and dispatched

Every part is checked against your drawing for fit and finish, packed, and delivered across Delhi NCR or couriered anywhere in India.

Questions

Fabrication questions

Plastic parts and materials are covered on the 3D printing and materials pages.

Which files do you need for CNC machining, laser cutting or sheet metal?

For CNC parts, a STEP model plus a PDF drawing. For laser cutting, a DXF or DWG at 1:1 scale. For sheet metal, a STEP model of the formed part or a flat-pattern DXF. Mark tolerances, threads, bend directions and finishes on the drawing. A dimensioned sketch or clear photos are fine to start with.

Can you make a metal part from a sketch or photos?

Yes. Send a sketch with measurements or clear photos of the part from a few angles. We model it in Fusion 360, quote the design work separately before starting, and send the drawing back for your approval before anything is made.

What tolerances can you hold?

It depends on the process, the material and the size of the part. CNC machining is the right choice for close fits and bearing seats, while laser cutting and sheet metal suit general tolerances. Mark the critical dimensions on your drawing and we confirm what we can hold in the quote, before anything is made.

Do you make single parts, or only production runs?

Both. One prototype is welcome, and so are repeat batches. Unit prices usually drop as quantities rise, so tell us the quantity you need now and what you expect to order later.

Should my part be CNC machined, laser cut or 3D printed?

Flat parts are usually cheapest laser cut. Bent brackets and enclosures are sheet metal. Precise, solid parts with threads and close fits are machined. Complex shapes, one-off prototypes and parts with internal features are often best 3D printed. Send the part and we'll recommend the most economical route.

Do you powder coat and finish fabricated parts?

Yes. Sheet metal parts can be powder coated, laser-cut parts can be engraved in the same job, and machined edges are deburred. Tell us the finish you need and we include it in the quote as its own line.

Do you deliver outside Delhi?

Yes. We serve Delhi NCR directly and courier across India. Share your city or PIN code and we'll include delivery in the quote.

Is my design kept confidential?

Yes. Your files are used only for your project, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Send the drawing. We'll handle the rest.

One itemised quote for every part in your project, usually the same day. If you're not sure which process fits, say so and we'll recommend one.
